During this free salon, you will have the opportunity to hear from Nichole Muñoz-Murillo, Chief Deputy Legislative Secretary to Governor Gavin Newsom. She advises Governor Newsom on TK-12 and higher education issues. Previously, she served as Assistant Vice Chancellor of Advocacy & State Relations for California State University and has been working on education policy in California for more than two decades. Nichole received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and her master’s degree in public policy from USC.
